Maples Golf Course, Noelville
6:00 Reception
7:00 AGM
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions that have been in place our AGM had to be postponed. As we just entered Stage 3, we now can hold our meeting inside where safe distancing is not a problem and the number of people in a gathering has been increased to 50 inside.
Please send us an email if you plan to attend as we require the number attending to inform Maples Golf. Pizza, salad, wings will be served at the reception. Email us at frenchriversnowmobiling.com.
If you are interested in becoming part of our great team we would also love to hear from you. Positions available this year are President and Treasurer. We welcome new members to the Board. (We have 2 members currently who have kindly stepped up to take over the 2 Executive positions, but more nominations are welcomed.)
At this time we thought we could include those that could not be present by using Zoom, however, that probably won’t work as each person present would require a laptop. We can’t share because once we have even 2 or 3 people huddled around a computer using zoom, there goes the social distancing. Therefore, our District Office has offered us the services of their teleconferencing. Due to the current pandemic, anyone that does call in will have a vote. If interested in calling in, please let us know and we will make sure you have that information (it will be posted on FB next week also.)
Thank you to all our members as it was a great season on our trails, that is until we had to shut down early due to Covid-19. Your permit dollars certainly helped with us being able to do a few required reroutes where we had to use excavators through the highway construction, and on other trails that we had issues with. We are very grateful and want to say Thank You for supporting the FRSA. We hope to see as many people as possible on the 28th.
Please remember to let us know if you will be in attendance personally or by phone. If anyone has any questions, or concerns that you wish to discuss you can contact me by either messaging here, phone or email. Stay safe everyone!
Thank you,
Cathy Kazimer, President
